Goods are provided on cleared funds (Google Checkout) with order terms, we don not give credit accounts.
You/the customer take full responsibility for the goods once they have been delivered and signed for. Before goods are signed for it is important that they are checked for any signs of exterior damage, you are signing to say they are delivered undamaged. In the event that the goods are signed for unchecked or you suspect there may have been damage during transit, this should be noted on the carriers delivery documentation at the time of signing.
If the goods are found to not be fully functional when first used and within 7 days of delivery, this is termed “dead on arrival” and will be swapped out within a reasonable time period.
Trinity Stained Glass should be notified if items are required to meet a certain deadline and are otherwise unwanted, so that we can request that the buyer pays for a timed delivery service (before noon, pre 10am etc), this acts as a fail safe against any delays in our couriers service and allows time to solve any delay issues.
All deliveries quoted on this website is a standard next working day delivery (Monday~Friday between 8:00 ~ 5:00) if you require a timed or special delivery then please enquire first before placing an order.
Prices of non stock item may change from the offered price shown on this website. Trinity Stained Glass reserves the right to change prices at any time because of the changing nature of exchange rates and transport prices. Customers will be fully informed of any such rise before the order is processed.
4. Consequential Loss or Injury
Trinity Stained Glass shall not be liable to the Customer for any personal injuries, loss of profit, or any other indirect or consequential damage or loss attributable to defects in the goods or otherwise in relation to the performance of this contract. Furthermore the Customer shall indemnify Trinity Stained Glass against any claims for such damage or loss made against Trinity Stained Glass by any third party.
The terms of the manufacturer’s warranty on goods sold will be stated at the time of sale if required. 'Return to Base' warranty does not cover cost of transportation to the designated repair location, nor does it include a replacement unit whilst the repair is undertaken.
Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.
The following conditions apply to refund and returns.
If the goods are deemed faulty we offer a full money back guarantee (if informed within 7 days)
You have 7 days from receipt in which to return your order
You will have to pay the return cost of postage for goods you decide not to keep due to anything other than a fault.
If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract) please adhere to the following points:
Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day, contact later than this and an exchange/refund might not be possible, depending on the item.
Contact us via Email, fax or in writing
Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt (having contacted us within 7 days)
All goods to be in a new and unused perfect condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.
If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
Returning customised goods or made to order goods is not accepted for anything other than a fault.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Trinity Stained Glass and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer.
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to order goods or customised items.
To cancel any item, you can e-mail, fax or write to us with your details and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.
